Quick and Easy BBQ Stuffed Peppers

Who doesn't love stuffed peppers. You can use any meat or fish to stuff them and make your own amazing twists.

 

I have for you my version of a Caribeque Buffalo Bbq Stuffed Pepper

 

Ingredients:

 

  • 4 whole peppers ( choose a variety of colors)
  • 1-2 pounds of ground beef
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 3-4 tablespoons of Caribeque AP Rub
  • 1/2 cup Caribeque Buffalo BBQ Sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar or ( cheese of your choice )


DIrections:

  • Preheat your oven or grill ( indirect ) to 325
  • Cut your peppers lengthwise so they will sit flat on your tray

  • Brown your ground beef in olive oil and Caribeque AP Rub 
  • Drain excess fat and stir in the Caribeque Buffalo BBQ Sauce
  • Add a few pinches of shredded cheese to the bottom of each pepper
  • Now fill with the ground beef bbq mixture

  • Grill or bake at 325 for 25-30 minutes
  • Top with the rest of your cheese bake 5 more minutes and enjoy
