Buffalo Chicken Meatballs on the Big Green Egg ( From Sunshinestate Eggfest 2015 )

I like to use my big green egg to create a twist on everything ! So this is my version of the classic buffalo chicken wings: INGREDIENTS :  oil spray (I used my mister) 1 1/4 lb ground chicken 1/4 cup panko crumbs 1 large egg 2 scallions, chopped 3 tbs of Calypso Kick Rub 1 clove crushed garlic 1/3 cup Franks Hot sauce 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles OR Blue cheese dressing    In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, panko crumbs, egg, scallions, celery, carrot and garlic; season with 3 tbs of Calypso Kick Rub. We've finally arrived!

It's been a long trip, but we're finally here! Not unlike a sailing trip through the Caribbean, the journey has been enjoyable but we're happy to have our feet on dry land here in our new online store.
