Rotini topped with a ground beef and mushroom sauce!⁣⁣⁣Quick and easy meal that can feed a large family.⁣⁣Ingredients ⁣⁣• 1 box of rotini ⁣⁣• 1 pound of ground beef⁣⁣•  Sliced Mushrooms ( jar or fresh )⁣⁣•  1 jar of your favorite pasta sauce⁣⁣•  3-4 Tablespoons of Caribeque AP Rub ⁣⁣⁣Directions ⁣⁣•  Boil your rotini and set to the side⁣⁣•  Brown your ground beef add 3-4 tablespoons of AP rub, your sliced mushrooms and pasta sauce⁣⁣•  Let your sauce simmer for 10-15 minutes or as long as you like⁣⁣• Serve over your rotini and enjoy ⁣⁣⁣⁣

I am a huge salmon fan, so when Shannon from www.fitslowcookerqueen.com made this easy 4 ingredient recipe I had to try and share!   INGREDIENTS 1 lb salmon 2 tsp island thyme seasoning 1 tsp wildflower honey ½ tsp ghee INSTRUCTIONS Preheat oven to 400. Ingredients 1 rack of spare ribs Caribeque Honey Heat Rub Cherry Juice Directions Remove membrane from the back of the ribs. Trim ribs into st.louis style or leave them whole..They will cook the same either way. I trimmed mine.. Rub ribs on both sides with Caribeque Honey Heat..
