Blue cheese burger stuffed peppers

It’s summer grilling time! Here’s a lighter twist on stuffed peppers!


Blue cheese burger stuffed peppers




•3 whole peppers


Calypso Kick seasoning


•1 pound of ground beef


*4 oz package of blue cheese


•Olive oil





•Preheat your grill or oven to 325 degrees


•Cut your whole peppers in half lengthwise and remove seeds


•Add olive oil to and pan and sauté your ground beef and Calypso Kick


•Drain excess fat and add half of your blue cheese


•Fill your peppers with the beef and blue cheese mixture


•Top the peppers with the other half of your remaining blue cheese


•Place on your grill (indirect), oven or smoker and cook for 20 minutes or until your peppers are at the texture of your choice


Remove and Enjoy!
