Buffalo chicken flatbread pizza
💥 Ingredients
* 1 small naan flatbread
* Caribeque Buffalo Bbq Sauce
* 2 tablespoons of Calypso Kick
* ¾ cup chicken breast or thighs cooked and chopped
* 2 cups of shredded mozzarella or your favorite shredded cheese.
* 2 to 3 tablespoons buffalo sauce
* 1/2 cup blue or feta cheese
* 1 tablespoon green onions sliced
💥 Instructions
* Season your chicken with Calypso Kick and grill your chicken. Cut into cubes.
* Take your cooked cubed chicken and mix it with 2 to 3 tablespoons of buffalo sauce.
* Use Buffalo Bbq Sauce on the bottom of your flatbread.
* Top with your shredded mozzarella or cheese of your choice.
* Spread the chicken evenly over your flatbread.
* Top with crumble feta or blue cheese over the top.
* Place in oven or grill indirectly and cook for 10-12 minutes at 425
* Garnish with sliced green onions and enjoy!
