Ingredients
• 4 chicken thighs
• Caribeque Chicken Rub
• Olive oil spray
• Pico de Gallo
•Pepper Jack cheese
• 1 lime
Directions
• Rub your chicken thighs down with Caribeque chicken rub
• Bake in your oven at 350 until the internal temperature is 165 degrees
• Remove from the oven top with your pepper Jack cheese
• Place into oven until the cheese melts, remove and top with Pico de Gallo
Serve and enjoy!
