Smoked Honey Heat Chicken Breast Sandwich on a Big Green Egg⁣


• 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts⁣
• Caribeque Honey Heat rub⁣
• 1 tablespoon olive oil⁣
• 4 brioche buns⁣
• Pickles⁣
• Lettuce⁣
• Sliced onions⁣
• Caribeque Smack Sauce⁣


1. Preparation:⁣
• Preheat Big Green Egg to 250°F.⁣
• Rub chicken breasts with olive oil and Caribeque Honey Heat rub. Let sit for 15-20 minutes.⁣
2. Smoking:⁣
• Smoke chicken on the Big Green Egg for 1.5 to 2 hours, until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Let rest for 10 minutes, then slice.⁣
3. Assembly:⁣
• Toast brioche buns.⁣
• Spread Caribeque Smack Sauce on both halves.⁣
• Add sliced chicken, pickles, lettuce, and onions.⁣
