Ingredients:
• Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
• Caribeque Honey Heat seasoning
• Brioche buns
• Pepper jack cheese slices
• Duke’s mayonnaise
• Butter lettuce leaves
• Pickle slices
• Tomato slices
Instructions:
1. Preheat your Weber gas grill to medium-high heat.
2. Season both sides of the chicken breasts generously with Caribeque Honey Heat seasoning.
3. Place the seasoned chicken breasts on the preheated grill and cook for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until they are almost cooked through.
4. In the last few minutes of grilling, place a slice of pepper jack cheese on top of each chicken breast to melt.
5. While the chicken is grilling, prepare the brioche buns by slicing them in half and toasting them on the grill for a minute or two until lightly golden.
6. Once the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is melted, remove them from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes.
7. Assemble the sandwiches by spreading Duke’s mayonnaise on the bottom half of each toasted brioche bun.
8. Place a grilled chicken breast on top of the mayo.
9. Layer butter lettuce leaves, pickle slices, and tomato slices on top of the chicken.
10. Finally, place the top half of the toasted brioche bun over the fillings to complete the sandwich.
11. Serve the grilled Honey Heat chicken breast sandwiches immediately and enjoy!
