1. Preheat your Weber gas grill to medium-high heat.⁣

3. Place the seasoned chicken breasts on the preheated grill and cook for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until they are almost cooked through.⁣
4. In the last few minutes of grilling, place a slice of pepper jack cheese on top of each chicken breast to melt.⁣
5. While the chicken is grilling, prepare the brioche buns by slicing them in half and toasting them on the grill for a minute or two until lightly golden.⁣
6. Once the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is melted, remove them from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes.⁣
7. Assemble the sandwiches by spreading Duke’s mayonnaise on the bottom half of each toasted brioche bun.⁣
8. Place a grilled chicken breast on top of the mayo.⁣
9. Layer butter lettuce leaves, pickle slices, and tomato slices on top of the chicken.⁣
10. Finally, place the top half of the toasted brioche bun over the fillings to complete the sandwich.⁣
11. Serve the grilled Honey Heat chicken breast sandwiches immediately and enjoy!
