Honey Heat smoked chicken on your Kamado Joe!⁣


Ingredients:⁣

• 1 whole chicken⁣
• Caribeque Honey Heat rub⁣
• Olive oil⁣
• Apple wood chunks⁣

Instructions:⁣

1. Prepare your Kamado Joe smoker for indirect cooking at 250°F (120°C) with apple wood chunks for smoke flavor.⁣
2. Rinse the chicken under cold water and pat it dry with paper towels.⁣
3. Rub olive oil all over the chicken to create a base for the seasoning.⁣
4. Generously coat the chicken with Caribeque Honey Heat rub, ensuring it’s evenly distributed on all sides.⁣
5. Place the chicken on the smoker grill, breast side up, and close the lid.⁣
6. Smoke the chicken for about 2-3 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) in the thickest part of the breast and thigh.⁣
7. Once done, remove the chicken from the smoker and let it rest for 10-15 minutes before carving.⁣
8. Carve and serve the smoked chicken with your favorite sides. Enjoy!
