Honey Heat Smoked Ham

 

Ingredients

 

  • 1 spiral cut ham
  • Honey Heat Rub
  • 1 stick of butter
  • Cherry or Apple wood chunks
  • Ground clove

 

Directions

 

  • Preheat your smoker or oven to 300 degrees
  • Lay your spiral cut ham in a cast iron skillet.

 

  • Liberally cover the ham with Honey Heat rub and place on the smoker with the wood chunks and smoke for about 1 hour

 

  • Add a stick of butter to a pan and stir in 3-4 tablespoons of Honey Heat and 1-2 teaspoons of the ground cloves.

 

  • Baste your ham with the Honey Heat butter for about 15-20 minutes before pulling your ham off.

 

  • Total cook time about 1.5-2 hours

 

  • Let rest and enjoy!
