Jerk Chicken Rice Bowl Recipe:⁣


• 4 bone-in chicken thighs⁣
• 1/2 cup Italian dressing⁣
• 1/4 cup Caribeque Jamaican jerk seasoning⁣
• 1 package (10 oz) Green Giant microwaveable cauliflower rice⁣


1. Marinate the Chicken: Place chicken thighs in a shallow dish and pour Italian dressing over them. Marinate for 1 hour. After marinating, remove the chicken thighs from the Italian dressing.⁣

2. Season the Chicken: Sprinkle Caribeque Jamaican jerk seasoning over the chicken thighs.⁣

3. Cook the Chicken: Grill chicken thighs for 6-8 minutes per side until cooked through, or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C) when measured with a meat thermometer.⁣

4. Prepare the Cauliflower Rice: Microwave Green Giant cauliflower rice as per package instructions.⁣

5. Assemble the Rice Bowl: Divide cauliflower rice among bowls. Top with grilled jerk chicken.⁣
