Apple wood smoked 1/2 pound blue cheese burger.
🔥 Ingredients
• 1 pound of ground beef
• 2 tablespoons of Caribeque Big and Bold Beef
• 1/2 cup of crumbled blue cheese
• 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
• A chuck of apple wood ( or wood of your choice )
🔥 Directions
• Preheat your smoker to 275 degrees
• Place your ground beef in a bowl and add the crumbled blue cheese , Worcestershire sauce, and the Big and Bold beef rub.
• Combine all the ingredients and make 2 - 1/2 pound patties.
• Place on your smoker with some apple wood and smoke until and intern temperature of 130 degrees ( medium rare)
• Remove from the smoker and make your burger with toppings of your choice!
