Smoked chuck roast chili on the Kamado Joe

🔥 Smoked Chuck Roast Chili⁣

🔥 Ingredients ⁣

• 2-3 pounds of cubed chuck roast.⁣
• 3-4 tablespoons of Caribeque Beef Rub⁣
• 2 tablespoons of cumin ⁣
• diced onions to your liking ⁣
• diced red and green peppers to your liking⁣
• Worcestershire Sauce ⁣
• BaconUp Bacon Grease⁣
• Large can of crushed tomatoes ⁣
• Small can of tomato paste ⁣
• 1 cup beef broth ⁣
• 1 cup of Merlot⁣
• 2 tablespoons of minced garlic ⁣
• 1 pound of pork sausage ⁣
• 2 cans of red kidney beans ⁣

🔥 Directions ⁣

• Preheat your smoker to 275 degrees adding apple or cherry wood.⁣

• In a large cast iron pot add your bacon up and brown on medium high heat your breakfast sausage.⁣

• Now add your cubed chuck roast to the sausage with your Caribeque Beef Rub. Stir⁣

•Add your onions, peppers, tomato paste, crushed tomatoes and Worcestershire sauce. Stir⁣

• Bring pot out to your smoker adding the wine and beef broth. Stir and let smoke for 2 hours.⁣

• In the last hour add your garlic and red kidney beans.⁣

• Smoke one more hour and serve.⁣
