Smoked Chuck Roast on the Kamado Joe:⁣



  • Heat your Kamado Joe to 225-250°F.⁣
  • Apply Caribeque Beef rub, then All Purpose Rub to the chuck roast.⁣
  • Use a plate diffuser on the grill grate for indirect cooking.⁣
  • Add cherry wood chunks for a fruity smoke flavor.⁣
  • Smoke chuck roast until internal temp reaches 195-205°F.⁣
  • Rest for 15-20 mins, slice, and enjoy!⁣

Note: Adjust vents for temperature control during cooking.⁣
