Smoked Honey Heat Ribs on you Kamado Joe!

Caribeque Honey Heat Smoked Ribs. ⁣


• 2 racks of St. Louis style ribs⁣
• Caribeque Honey Heat rub
• Olive oil⁣
• Apple wood chunks⁣


1. Preparation:⁣

• Remove the membrane from the ribs.⁣
• Rub ribs with olive oil.⁣
• Apply Caribeque Honey Heat rub generously.⁣

2. Preheat Kamado Joe:⁣

• Set up for indirect cooking at 250°F.⁣
• Add apple wood chunks for smoke.⁣
3. Cooking:⁣
• Place ribs bone-side down on the grill.⁣
• Smoke at 250°F for 4-5 hours.⁣
• Use the bend test to check doneness.⁣

4. Rest and Serve:⁣
• Let ribs rest for 10-15 minutes.⁣
• Slice and serve.⁣
