Shrimp and Sausage Boil on your Pitboss Smoker

Shrimp and crab boils are a great way to create a feast for many on a budget!

Shrimp boil on the Pit Boss Smoker⁣ 🦐⁣


• 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined⁣
• 1 lb andouille sausage, sliced⁣
• 4 cloves garlic, chopped⁣
• 1 can (12 oz) beer (Foster’s or your choice)⁣
• Lemon and lime wedges⁣
• 1/2 cup butter⁣
• Fresh parsley, chopped⁣
• 1 lb of Melissa’s Dutch red potatoes⁣
• 8 oz whole mushrooms⁣
• 1 large white onion, sliced⁣
• Zatarain’s crab boil seasoning⁣
• Caribeque Calypso Kick seasoning⁣


1. Preheat Pit Boss smoker to 350°F (175°C).⁣
2. In a saucepan, combine beer, melted butter, garlic, lemon/lime, and parsley. Heat until well combined.⁣
3. In disposable aluminum pan, place potatoes, mushrooms, onions, sausage, and seasonings.⁣
4. Pour beer and butter mixture over ingredients.⁣
5. Seal pan tightly with foil.⁣
6. Smoke for 30-40 mins until potatoes are tender and sausage is cooked.⁣
7. Add shrimp, smoke for 5-7 mins until pink.⁣
8. Serve hot, garnished with parsley if desired. Enjoy!⁣
