Ingredients:
• 2.5–3 lbs chicken wings
• Olive oil
• Teriyaki sauce (store-bought)
• Sesame seeds & green onions (optional)
Steps:
• Toss wings in olive oil + Calypso Seasoning
• Smoke indirect at 250°F until wings hit 175–180°F (1.5–2 hrs)
• Toss in teriyaki sauce
• Return to smoker for 15 mins to glaze
• Garnish with sesame seeds & green onions
