Raw cane sugar, salt, dextrose, onion powder, pepper, turmeric, tricalcium, phosphate, paprika, and natural spices
How to Use:
- Thoroughly mix 1/2 cup of Caribeque Poultry Brine to every 32 fl. oz. of water used to cover your protein
- Let sit for up to 4 hours
Optional - You can warm the mixture in a sauce pan to help dissolve the contents. Make sure you chill the mixture completely before submersing poultry.
