We love experimenting with all types of proteins. Today we are going to Greece to make some delicious lamb and feta burgers. Ingredients 1 1/2 pounds ground lamb 2 cloves garlic, finely minced 1/2 pound feta cheese, crumbled 1 tablespoon Caribeque AP Rub 1 tablespoon Caribeque Island Thyme seasoning Directions     In a medium bowl, combine the lamb, garlic, feta, Caribeque AP Rub and Caribeque Island Thyme Seasoning, making sure not to overwork the mixture.
